CANCELLATION
You may cancel your purchase at any time, however ALL cancellations will be charged a 50% restocking fee. This will cover all of our website and third party charges.

REFUNDS
A replacement or refund will be given if your item is broken, damaged or flawed in anyway not photoed and we are contacted within 3 days upon reciept.

VARIATIONS
All items created in by us may vary slightly in color, shape and size. Items are handmade, variations occur and are celebrated. As with any ceramic item handwashing is encouraged.



Where can I find updates on my pre order?
We post updates about production, status, timelines, shipping and more on our instagram account @havencovecustoms. You may also email us havencovecustoms@gmail.com for any other questions you may have.

Its been a week since my mug has shipped, where is it?
We use USPS for all of our shipping. For everything you purchase with us you will recieve an email with tracking information when your item ships. If your item has shipped refer to the information the tracking number and USPS gives you.
